The SeaSucker Board Rack / Roof Rack
The SeaSucker Board Rack / Roof Rack is great for transporting surfboards, canoes and kayaks and robust enough to carry almost anything. Below are an overview of its specifications (please refer to the Specifications tab for more information)
- Rated to transport goods up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
- Footprint Width Including the Vacuum Mounts 795 mm
- Requires a minimum of 160 mm of unobstructed space at either end of its footprint for the vacuum mounts to work
- i.e. from 0 mm to 160 mm and from 635 mm to 795 mm needs to be a hard and smooth surface with no breaks
- Ideal Mounting Location - Front Crossbar closest to the front windscreen, rear Crossbar closest to rear window (or whereever there is a sharp bend in the roofline)
- Can safely transport goods up to 113 kph (70 mph)
The SeaSucker Board Rack has fixed bars made from HDPE that are 790 mm wide. It has six 152 mm Vacuum Mounts with 540 kg of holding power. To ensure your load stays put the kit comes with two 3 metre adjustable straps. To protect your load whilst being transported the standard kit includes wrap-around pads for each bar. Installation takes less than one minute and removal takes seconds.

We offer a 2 year, non-transferable warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the defective product only and can be returned within 2 years of the date of original purchase to SeaSucker Down Under for replacement or repair. This shall constitute the sole remedy of the purchaser and the sole liability of SeaSucker Down Under Pty Ltd to the extent permitted by law. In no event shall SeaSucker Down Under Pty Ltd be liable for special or consequential damages.
A sales receipt must accompany warranty claims. If your product fails due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect our first option will be to repair the item, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it. If the item has failed due to a manufacturing defect, we will pay the return shipping charges.
